Sound familiar?

The parts that rarely get talked about.

01

“I went way over last night. The whole week’s ruined.”

No ruined weeks.

One day doesn’t define a week. Get back on track at your next meal, not next Monday.

02

“I’ve been so consistent and the scale won’t budge.”

Data, not a verdict.

The scale is one noisy number. The trend shows what’s really changing, and plateaus are a normal part of the process.

Daily weigh-ins bounce (dots). The trend (line) is what moves.
03

“Everyone at dinner just eats whatever they want.”

Real life included.

You shouldn’t have to skip family dinners, nights out or holidays to reach your goals.

04

“I’m not eating diet food forever.”

Your food, your goals.

Your goals should fit the food you love, not the other way round.

05

“I’m so tired of logging everything.”

Consistency beats perfection.

A rough log you keep up with tells you more than a perfect one you quit.

We’re building for these moments.

Why I’m building this

Counting gets most of the attention. The dinners out, the plateaus and the days that go sideways get much less, and they’re the moments that make people quit. That’s what I’m building for.

Questions

Can I use it now?

Yes, on iPhone. FitGoalz isn’t in the App Store yet, so access comes through Apple’s TestFlight app. Fill in the early-access form and I’ll send you an invite.

How does the weekly check-in work?

Once a week, the app looks at your weight trend and what you’ve logged, then adjusts your calorie and macro targets for the week ahead. It’s a feature in the app, not a person.

Are the numbers exact?

No, and they’re always labelled as estimates. Recipe numbers come from the ingredients and servings you review. Photo estimates use AI.

What’s coming next?

We’re building for the hard parts of the journey. We’ll share more when it’s ready.

What happens to my data?

We use encrypted cloud storage and account sign-in checks to help protect your information. We don’t sell your personal data or use it for targeted advertising. You can request account and data deletion in the app at any time. Our Privacy Notice explains how your data is used and what may be retained.

Is FitGoalz right for me?

FitGoalz involves counting calories, which isn’t right for everyone. If you’re in treatment for or recovering from an eating disorder, check with your care team first. If you need support, the National Alliance for Eating Disorders helpline is at (866) 662‑1235. FitGoalz isn’t medical advice.
